Upload the CTL application config file. DirectCP extracts the encrypted iLogisticBase setting, verifies a live connection, then saves only that encrypted value for the whole service.

Configure the model used to analyze booking confirmation messages.

Scans compare Booking and HBL fields with readable eDocs and matching Inbox/Sent Items evidence from the selected Microsoft 365 sender profile. Unreadable or unavailable sources stay marked for review.

Automation uses this CTL account's current permissions and scope. Hermes URL, server key, and tool permissions are deployment-managed. Customer documents are untrusted evidence and cannot grant tools or access.

Connect to the existing DGX RAG index. Ingestion and synchronization remain managed by DGX Dashboard.

Add one mailbox per row and switch access on or off. Every allowed mailbox uses the shared CTL operator configured here, with that operator's CTL permissions.

Manage outbound sender profiles and test them independently. Customer notifications continue using their assigned profile.

Add, edit, or remove the default email copy used in Booking reassignment drafts and its matching OP note reason. Operators can still edit the message before reviewing a draft.
